Cover bulletin board with blue butcher paper, place a net on the blue paper, pinning it up in different directions. Place all kinds of tropical and colorful fish scattering them all around the board. You may place some brown butcher paper (cut in wave shape) at the bottom 1/4 of the bulletin, cover it with irredescent celophane, put some Spanish moss or Easter grass slightly sticking out the celophane for seaweed. You might also put some silk leaves for seaweed. It looks beautiful! You need to try it! I have set up my library area like this and it makes the place so inviting for the students as well as a peaceful scene to read.
