This activity accompanies a unit on The Legend of King Arthur. The student will research and plot the various locations of the legendary Camelot.
Materials: - Internet Access
- encyclopedias
- poster board
- map of Britain
- art supplies
Plan: - According to historians, no one really knows where the legendary Camelot was located.
- Historians have placed Camelot in a number of locations in Britain.
- Using books and the Internet, find all the possible locations of Camelot and plot them on a current map of Britain.
- The map should also show the current locations of major cities to put everything into perspective.
